AOR received Aug 29th.
Check your junk mail I've seen on other threads that it sometimes end up in there. If not dont worry the average wait time for AOR is 6-8 weeks from what I've read.

My AOR came 4 weeks after my application was received ! App. Recieved July 21st. AOR August 21st!Maybe there is not much files at that time. Patiently awaiting OWP now. Wish it was that quick for OWPm

I put the OWP barcode with the OWP application, not the PR application.
