yes through web form. 3 times. Not opened my file. Received July 31 St.

Bonjour,

I found an information related to XEP numbers on different thread.

When we get AOR from CIO we normally gets a unique number starting with EP which is our file number and a unique 8 digit number which is our UCI. Now a days CIO sending two separate AOR starting One with XEP and EP.

XEP AND EP both are our file no.. XEP has X in front coz its still under inventory... when they input our details on system they send another email removing the X...and it means that our application is in the system and ready to process/send to VO and it's trackable in ECAS.

I confirm this 100% I just called IRCC today and the agent told me exactly the same

Do you know if they can still return our application for being incomplete before we get the EP number but after we get the XEP?

No

Finally, I already have an EXP number. The immigration agent told me that this number is not used to link the application to my CIC account. That this number is only a confirmation that they received it and when they confirm the application is complete, then the AOR is sent. Even if they have about 8 months of receiving it, it is within the time to receive the AOR.

No, but the agent told me that they have a delay. But for Quebec Skilled Worker Program is normal.

According to someone on the French forum, July 2019 AORs are starting to come in:

This is still purely anecdotal but you never know, maybe someone on here will get their AOR soon... Happy waiting !

I believe that it's false information cuz they are talking about the link I shared before, somone just checked it and found some cases who applied in July and got their AOR in 2019. but again I've not seen any AOR this year

No AOR yet, i spoke with one of the agent in IRCC. They just confirmed that they recieved my application last July 31, 2019 and is still waiting to be processed.

Hoping that we can get the AOR the soonest possible. It's been a while, almost 1 year and no AOR yet.

Apparently they’re working on applications submitted before October 2019 according to the French forum; someone received a Web form response mentioning that detail; that person sent in their app on March 10th and they explained that they were working on files received up until October 9th 2019

Inshallah, they will send AOR soon. It's been almost 1 year for my application since they received mine July 31, 2019, up until now I haven't received any communication from the IRCC. Send inquiry several times thru webform however, they kept on reverting with the same content that they received my application and waiting to be processed. Hoping for the best for everyone.

This is good news, they received my application on October 11th, so I'm very close. I hope to receive my AOR before the end of this year.
