The replies does not seem automated since it's signed by a real person.
And @VCIce obtained his XEP number

Automatic reply in the sense that they are usually worded similar saying that they received the request and will be forwarded to concerned department.

Not sure about XEP number as i do not see many updates (except VCIce) about AORs since July 2019. But fingers crossed to see updates starting september. If i guess it right then our applications sent around june-august 2020 should get AORs in december or early 2021.

The nice thing is that the processing time has been shrunk to 15-17 months. So let’s hope for the best!

Funny thing about time difference between "already applied" and "yet to apply" applications is that it has been like that since moe than a year. I was relieved when i first checked it back in July 2019 when i got Arrima invitation. Now that i come under "already applied" category since 2 months i still have 20 more months to go.

@hhrb if you haven't applied yet you would think it will be processed in 15 months but then you are going to come into "already applied category" soon enough :D and then will be confused looking at processing times again.

Exactly! My application arrived Sydney on Aug 13th. So I don’t know actually which category I belong to. But I just typed »qswp processing time », and I only saw (15 to 17 months).

Asking for a friend -
- Is csq through Arrima guaranteed if you have VJO.
- Can you create an Arrima profile without VJO and update it when you get VJO.
- Can you update your language results later.
- What's the processing time for VJO, Arrima invite with VJO and after invite csq processing time.
Thanks

1. It's never guaranteed... but the chance to get CSQ is higher with VJO!
2. Yes!
3. You can change anything before you get the invitation. After getting the invitation, you can not, because the invitation to you is based on the current info you put in the Arrima syatem.
4. Before COVID, VJO 2-3mths, invitation random..., processing time around 6 mths.
