It depends. In the new application tracking system, there is no decision made. It's in progress, until ceremony.
Dont be disheartened, but it can take as much 3 months. Mine was DM on March 18, Oath was on July 06. So just follow the new application tracking
LOL suit yourself. While no one knows, it could take 3 - 5 months from test "Completed" to oath. Could happen sooner or later. Test to DM is probably a couple of months but again, varies greatly.
If you still want to compare timelines, you should compare your status with someone from the same local office. That would make more sense.
@rajkamalmohanram How to determine processing office? I looked at my test invite letter, but there was no mention of that.
Check the sender email address. Usually 'SCR' means Scarbro, MIS - Mississauga. (I guess it would MIS for Milton applicants)

Seems you submitted fingerprints in June hence the delay till background check completed.
DM on June 21 on ECAS after interview few days earlier. On new tracker, everything
is completed except Oath. Now waiting for oath invitation.

The background check is completed within two days of receiving my finger prints. The three outstanding items are the last checkboxes that the officer will tick once the application will be finalized (according to the call centre agent). Don't know, when the officer will have some time to look at my application

Please post an update (with the date) once Language, Physical Presence and Prohibitions are set to "Completed"
Does anyone know if it is a MUST to complete finger prints to have background check completed status (or any of the other statuses like prohibitions or physical presence ) in the new ECAS dashboard ?
What if I never received a request to do finger prints in the first place ?
