I just checked the application status and it shows this:
"1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 24, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence on January 15, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

What could be the correspondence that the status refers to? has any one had the same notification?

No AOR or anything. I was able to access ECAS yesterday for the first time and that is all it shows up. Up to yesterday it only showed point 1. Point 2 was this morning.

check your email/gc key, may be it is your aor 1.

Did you have any representative? If yes, please do ask if he received any message. Also check the email address on your application form. Please note! they had actually sent a message to you and i will advice you to send a message to them through the web form and update your email address with them. I think it helpful.

Omg y they transfer it to ankara?
I m in the same boat... send my csq and nothing after that.

Don’t worry this is normal that they did that, it’s regular procedure most of the time. We always waiting from Ankara. BGC has not started yet
