End of July, waiting on notes

I'm not really sure what they can ask for though thats the thing. I supplied the employer letter, T4's, NOA's and payslips
It doesn't matter if you supplied everything. Even if they have the document and they're not clear on something or they want an updated document they'll send you an ADR

My question is why do you feel they have doubt over your work experience. The documents you had submitted should be enough.

Hi Sav89, you can call on this number +16139444000 but it has to be via skype or any virtual calling app.
Also as regards your application, do you know your visa office and what your first ghost update was about? Do you have GCMS notes?
If you check my signature, you'll see that I paid the RPRF without them asking, & that was because I knew my eligibility was Met and my application was on track. (only GCMS notes can give you that info)
I have not ordered notes yet but will be doing so tomorrow because that seems to be the only solution at this point. I am not sure what the ghost updates means but at the time I thought it was a positive sign. According to the cic system, I am still in the eligibility stage which is strange because it has been at the same stage since July. I am not exactly sure how to order the GCMS notes. Can anyone get me a link to the websites? I believe there is more than on website right?

If anyone is having trouble getting through to the IRCC Call Centre and has an iPhone, save this number:

+1 (888) 242-2100,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,210

Each comma is a 2-second pause, so the 16 commas tell the iPhone to wait 32 seconds (the precise amount of time for the pre-recorded message) before entering 2, 1 and 0. You can keep dialling over and over again until it puts you in the queue.

Okay, thank you for the info.
My concern right now is the R10 Completeness Check, because my work permit will expire soon., and I am going for bridging of work permit.

Thanks once again.
I would apply ASAP if your an inland applicant and your visa is about to expire. They recommend you apply before 30 days of your visa expiring but the application itself for the bridging visa is around 65 days so sooner the better to avoid being in a weird limbo of ambiguous legal status in Canada.

Happy New Year Folks! Any update on July CEC inland applicants getting PPR(Specifically around July 11)?
Yeah. Granted my AOR is July 30th so haven't hit 6 months yet. Only 50% of July CEC applicants have received their PPR according to myimmi.

2-5 weeks sounds like a long time. Is there no other option for me to have the file expedited?
This is the approximate time frame. Not that it cannot happen earlier.

Had a response back regarding my CSE already! Pretty sure it’s just a generic response tho so like everything else it’s pretty pointless at giving any answers. o_O

I asked about my VO and the status of my eligibility, criminality and security but got the below response;

“Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and are pleased to inform you that everything appears to be in order with your application.

All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.”
It's a much better response than the one I got back (within a day of sending a CSE:

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.

While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

Rest assured that we will communicate with you once a decision is taken.

- I would much rather had your reply, I didn't get the 'everything appears to be in order' which is at least some comfort! But perhaps it's one and the same generic response copy and pasted by which ever person is working on the inbox that day, I don't think they actually enquire with anyone what the hold up is, just getting through the emails for the day and acting on the CSEs that require action.

Hi all,

Steb/Gruff - just a note to say hi and that we are in a similar situation to you guys, albeit about 3 weeks behind (UK based based family of 4 with AOR 25th July).

If anyone on the forum wants a bit of a chuckle at our expense, we took a high risk approach to the PR application and when we got the ITA we booked flights to Canada and spent summer / fall driving from Toronto to Vancouver Island. Our hope was to be approved by Christmas and to start real life again in January. The last update we got was in August to say our medicals had been approved - nothing since!

Our visitor stamps run out at the end of Jan so we raised a CSE to see if extending the visitor visa would cause any issues with the application. We didn’t ask for an update on the PR application as we assumed it would be pointless, but we received the exact same response that Steb did, word for word! Seeing you guys pass through the six month barrier doesn’t give me much hope of a swift resolution.
