No just a file number that they sent in the email to use when I sent the forms back along with their email that they sent me

We sent in our app July 11!
As of August 28th I am approved to sponsor and our app has been forwarded!

I guess it just depend on the officer treating your application. Not everyone is ask to fill the new updated form,
Some are lucky and some are not. Goodluck to all of us still waiting for our AOR or SA

Questions guys..
On the sponsored spouse questionnaire: "have you and your sponsor lived together?"

Before he migrated to Canada, we never lived together. We lived together just after our wedding which is only a week then he return to Canada again. I answered the question "NO". I thought the question is referring to if you lived together for a long period already. Anyone here have the same case like ours? And also answered it "NO"?
