Dear poiuy,

My eligibility status back in April was " Review Required". I believe Eligibility, Security and Criminality all goes in parallel but Eligibility seems to be major factor. Once Eligibility is cleared, CIC appears to be sending out medicals to applicants.

Hope this helps and wishing you all the best. I know waiting creates panic and tend to check emails/forum/ecas status for every hour. As some one said on page 251 or 252, I have been doing the same..checking email every now and then. Some times distracting the work..

so for some reason my lawyer today refused to re-send the scanned medical confirmation to cic, and asked me to do medical again. i'm confused !!! should be easier to submit or re-submit the scanned conformation from the upfront medical I did back in August 2015?

If I email cic from my personal email would it create and confusion since all correspondence goes through lawyer?

that should not create any confusion. make sure you include the following :

email to : CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Subject line : should include your Application Number

In the email body :

- application number
- category
- name
- date of birth
- UCI number

When did you receive your RPRF and did your medicals?

I received my RPRF and paid it on September 10, 2015 and did the medicals on August 19, 2015.

August 25th same day as the medical i paid for it and sent the receipt on 27th . did my medicals on September 16th . still waiting for ppr

out of curiousity because a friend asked..does anyone know what can be done if you already apply for a pr but the company where you worked shut down. Will it be a problem as to whether that work experience counts or not ? Thanks

Friends,
Received PPR request last night and the wait is almost over. I would be sending passports tonight. I would like to thank every one the forum for all the advise you gave. I had shared few personal messages and they also responded to me with their suggestions.

Lastly, Wishing you all the best everyone who is waiting for medicals, RPRF and PPRs.
