Quick question - My middle name has been miss spelt on ECAS and the AOR email. How should I inform them? I dnt want the entire process to run through and in the end get a PR card with the incorrect details.

Hi folks,

I am a little concerned about my BOWP.
My application was delivered on 16th Jul so I expect my CC charged in a week.
And I am going to apply for BOWP as soon as I receive AOR, but the problem is my current WP will be expired on 30th of this month.

I think some cases.
1. apply for BOWP before the end of this month but if it is refused by any issue in Oct, then I might not apply for BOWP again due to my expired WP. then should I restore my WP? I don't want this happens.
2. Would it be better to extend my current WP right now only for 2 or 3 months more just in case?
3. If I apply to extend my WP, will they issue just 3 months WP for me?

I don't know what is best for me. I have to get BOWP by the end of Oct, if not I have to leave Canada.

Can anyone give some idea?

You should be getting your AOR anytime now if your application was in order. You still have another 2 weeks to apply. My suggestion, wait till the last week and apply via paper if AOR not received, other wise online.

Are you on a PGWP? PGWP cannot be extended. If you are on a LMP specific WP, then your employer will have to start another LMO process.

What is PGWP? anyway I have extended my WP since 2012. and my work is exempt from LMO, so I can apply to extend WP at anytime.
Ok. I will wait until last week, but I am concerned about the case 1. (the case of BOWP is refused.)

Guys... my credit card was charged Aug 27th but to date (Sept 9) i have not received an AOR... Its been 13 days already... I have been checking my regular inbox, the spam and even my mail just in case..but nothing..

what do you guys think?? My issue is that i have my BOWP application sent by paper 3 weeks ago..
