Guys,

A quick question your answer will be appreciated.

I did my medicals upfront but did not see the status on ECAS that medical result have been received, almost now it has been more than 15 days. Also when I submit my medical very next day I got a response from CIC that they received my medical. But still my ECAS is not showing.
Can any one tell is there is something wrong with it ! and when actually the ECAS is updated !

just to add they crossed Sep too, that guy is from 29th Sep applicant....

Hi, I also applied in July & it just says medical received, no update after that. So far what I figured out is they are processing July files, so we should get an answer by this month.
When is your work permit getting expired ?

Mine will expire next year so I am pretty relaxed as of now.
But it's still scary to wait months after months when my friend has been waiting for his PR card.
I have paid the RPRF upfront just now and send them an email.
Hopefully, the process will be faster or at least keep going.

Hey guys i have a question.. my bowp and my spouse sowp are expiring end of october.... we r planning to travel back to our home country start of dec.. since we do not know yet about our PR and have already applied for my BOWP and her SOWP extensions.. so both of you will be on implied status while our visit visa will be processed.. can we apply for visit visa and get 3-6 months valid travel visa, while my bowp and her sowp is in process??

Just received my gcms and recent note mentioned that "case is in queue, will be reviewed in 1-2 months".
Seriously are they gonna review it or just to make me feel relaxed??

I got same on my notes. Given by some VO when CIC call center inquires(after completing 13 months) on July 20th. Now its sept and 10days left to complete these 2 months... nothing happened till now....

It will take some days to month to get ecas updated with medicals.
Once it shows received, means u have passed medicals..

Did they change due dates in ur gcms?

It seems funny may be, but really we need to do something to bring the attention of CIC to our files.

They are really not working now. Last MR we saw is 24 July applicant week or 2 week before.
