Guys,

I am very anxious about my job reference letter that i got from my employer. He basically copy pasted NOC duties with some minor changes. Everything else is good. Its a big public chartered accounting firm in Canada and i applied as an accounting technician. I received a 2 year Accounting technician diploma in Canada.
Now I read that it was a bad thing to do as it may lead to a refusal :'(
Any thoughts? Has anyone done the same? thanks

Got Passport request last night (received the email at midnight )
-Application received at July 21st, 2014
-Did upfront medical and paid landing fee April 2015

I would recommend, if anyone has not contacted with CIC so far which mean your file is ok then go for medical upfront and landing fee. That's save around 1-2 months of delay for me.
