You should be getting monday or Tuesday. I know it is stressful. Who knows if u are lucky u will get MR first. It all depends on assigned visa officer.

Again second line update does not indicate a call for medical nad it just indicated that they have opened our file. So untill I see mr I will also be tensed

When visa officer starts processing ur case. He/ She will update the ECAS saying we have started processing your application on a given date.
