My application we delivered via DHL on 23 July 2014.
Since then I did not receive anything from CIC. I do not know if they actually received it or not.
I know that the payment has not been processed yet, i check my visa card record daily.
did anyone here had/has such delay? 5 months.

You must contact CIC...by calling their call center...
Because 4 months is usual time for PER...
Did you send mail or not?

o yes my friend im sailing in the same boat as you. as per my agent my application was sent in july end. bt till date the cc hs nt been charged. neither hve i recd any intimation frm cic. the agent says this is normal. dnt know wat to do

When visa officer starts processing ur case. He/ She will update the ECAS saying we have started processing your application on a given date.

does charging of cc mean second line updation
n cn u pls share the link fr ECAS

Where can I find the call center number? is it unified? or region-specific? I am outside Canada BTW.
What is "PER"?
I sent a "case specific enquiry" today, is there a faster way to reach them?
My Visa office is Amman-Jordan. NOC: 2133
