I have seen Aug 2013 applicants receive test invitation, and none for July 2013 applicants, not sure what is going on?

App received July 17, 2013
In process Oct 02, 2013 was told my file was transferred to Toronto office 3 weeks ago. Any body got a test request ? Thanks.

Please share your Test Day experience.

My test took place yesterday. And to be honest, it was fairly easy.

It took about 2-3 minutes to complete with a perfect score.

If you try your hand at this (yourlibrary.ca/citizenship), then there is no reason to fail,

as those questions are more difficult then test itself, which tells you a lot about the test.

After the test, sat down in the waiting room for about 6 minutes, my name got called

Was then interviewed by this lady who asked some very pedestrian questions;

-what's your address,
-which part of Montreal,
-Do you rent and are you single
-Do you work,
-Which university and what program are you taking
-Have you ever been arrested

That was about it, took about 3-5 minutes.

Hi July'ers - DanEd and adame both got test and are from Montreal. It seems Montreal visa office is faster now.

Montreal is going crazy fast now. 5 to 6 months to schedule an exam is at its best.
I applied in May 2013 and I haven't received anything yet. Surprising! Someone else applied 2 days after I did and did the test already in December. Aggghhhhh!

Crazy fast for some people. I have a sense lots of people from 2012/2013 were skipped over and fell through cracks and now will get slower timing.

Looking at the number of oaths there's increase in new citizens in Montreal, but not to such extent that would suggest waiting times dropped from 20 months to 7 in such a short period for everybody.

Any updates from your sister?
