Do not worry Hamed. I sent my application in November and it took 3 months to be processed. There are some differences based on your location. Ontarian applications seems to go faster then the other provinces.

My application has been received on the 21st of November however not in process yet. I called cic today and I was told they are opening the applications received on the 22nd of Nov. I was also told to contact cic again if I do not get any AOR within 2 weeks. Started to be anxious.

It seems like applications from Toronto and surrounding townships are being processed faster than the other cities such as Montreal, Edmonton or Halifax. I'm from Montreal and still no update on ecas. However application has been received on the 21st of Nov.

Hi Sampao, Usually it takes 2- 2,5 months to see that a particular file is in process based on the information given by September 2013 and October 2013 applicants. Thus, you might be able to see it sometime between Jan 21 and Feb 4. In some cases it takes more than that. So it is totally normal...
