Got passport and landing paper back today. Very exciting!

But one question - on the confirmation of permanent residence paper it says only valid for a year till 2014? Is that the date before which you need to land and get your PR card?
Thanks everyone!

10 days between Decision Made and receiving COPR yesterday via mail. On the way to land right now.

So I went to Rainbow Bridge and opted not to land on a busy Saturday afternoon, instead I will land on a weekday morning, when it is less busy and won't take hours to process. Either way, the waiting is over.

Hi ,
I have question:
do we normally get the reply or acknowledgement when you send bio data and RPRF fee related document?I mean you get 2 replies or one or none ?and if we get any of them how much time normally it takes after sending these documents?

I dont think they reply after you send Bio data and RPRF fee documents.
I did not get one and not expecting one.

Not sure about others.

No, you dont get reply or acknowledgement. next step will be from CIC to request your passport.

Thanks a lot @kingofqueens and @calgaryboy24.

Anyone else waiting for biodata and RPRF after medicals were received? It's been almost 2 months since medical request and still nothing. Application in process since April 19 on ECAS and meds received shortly after. This waiting game is so tense. My wp expires end of August. Should I apply for BWOP or wait until July see what happens?

hi, you should DEFINITELY apply BOWP right now! my wp expired on june 3 and i didnt get my BOWP (coz it got refused, long story), and now i had to stop working. better spend more money now than risk having your wp expire and have to stop working.

by the way, i did my medical on june 3 (the day my wp expired), and my doc sent the results on friday, and today i checked ECAS shows Medical results have been received.

i am from a visa exempt country, i do hope i get COPR soon!
(may i resume working once i receive COPR?)

My doctor called and said that my medicals were uploaded on Friday. No change on status on ecas though
