NOC 2282
what is going to happen next after medical?

You might also receive a Bio-Data form and a Request to the RPRF fee shortly. Once your DMP submits the medicals, then you just have to wait for the PPR.

Thanks

Just to know, MR means Employment reference , salary etc.. cleared right?
I have small issue, my wife is due last week of June, that means she can't complete her MR till baby arrives. That will through off 2-3 months before to see PPR request. I will get my MR done next week including her leaving x-ray in pending.

I think you should contact CIC and ask them this question directly.

My Office colleague just did his and his wife medical including X-Ray and she is also due in Aug. Take her for medical and Doctor will decide if she can do X-Ray or not.

Can you please confirm with your colleague which DMP did they use so I can call him/her, I just want to know what is a possibilities, I don't want to take any risk.

Hi everyone,
Just few conerns though about reference letter.
I know a friend that got refused his CEC app due to his employer refused to give him a letter stating his job title, total hours worked, and duties performed; but he included an explanation letter about it, all his pay stubs and documents required by CIC. What can he do? Can he appeal and re-apply since it was his employer has been an A** to him. He has all requirements except that letter that his employer refused to provide.

Hi,

Talk to your doctor. Chest X-ray is not so harmful, the radiation is so low and also allowed for the pregnant after the first trimester. But of course, it is better to discuss with your doctor.

Absolutely not! Do you think you are the only one in line for the request.....

I am 2172 (IIRC) applied on the 3rd of July and no Meds. It will come eventually.

I always think that in the case of PR, no news is good news.

Congratulations to all the people who received their Medical Requests.

I am not sure if I will receive a MR because I remember that I did the Medical Examination 5 months BEFORE I sent my PR application. I told the receptionist/nurse that I haven't applied yet and she told me it doesn't matter and they will send my medical examination to the visa office.
I didn't read the manual properly at that time.

Am I the only one here who did the medical examination before sending the application? Let me know!

Hello Calgaryboy24,
How was your medical does e medical helps the file to move faster.
Also how much time does it takes for the medical to complete.
cheers.

Hey ps2211, i talked to DMP i visited they said it will take around 2 weeks to send my medicals via e-medical process. i guess it would be faster than paper process. Medical was fast, everything was done within 3 hrs though i had to go to different facilities to see doctor and other tests
