Hey folks....I have not been here in awhile....but thought I would drop-in with an update.

My application was recieved on July 3rd and I recieved my sponsorship approval yesterday, September 7th. ALL JulyERS that sent their application in near the start of July....they are looking at us.

On a lighter-note, how do I get my information on the side to show up?

Hi FiguringItOut, congratulations! Why don't you inform bagelbagel81 to update your conditions in our July spreadsheet? Thanks.

Hey, congrats FiguringItOut- that's great news! Would you like me to add you to the spreadsheet?
If so, which VO are you going through, when did you do your medicals, and when did you send your app in?

Here's hoping next week sees some more movement from us July-ers!

Hi FiguringItOut! I applied on the same day and my application also got there on the 3rd of July. They are probably starting to look at mine too now :). But again, there are still people from June who did not get anything so you never know as usually with CIC. I have a question, Lahore is not a City with a Visa Office from what I know. Isn't it Islamabad instead?

I am the same! 9th-ers unite! Haha ;)
I'm really crossing my fingers that I am approved and we can move to stage 2!!! So nervous. I got letters from Revenue Canada as well as my MSP telling me there were changes in my marital status etc and they needed some info, so I hope they aren't related to my application :/

The one from Revenue Canada may be related to the GST rebate. My wife got one saying since her marital status had changed they needed information to determine if she qualified. Needed a declaration of our relationship, signed by both of us and proof of my income from last year.

re: revenue canada. my boyfriend and I had to do the same thing when I changed my marital status to common law with renvenue Canada. we had to write a letter and also had to provide his worldly income backdated to when we started living together. they didn't ask for proof, of his income, just an amount of what his income was for the various years. then for the next month or so I got a series of letters from different things like gst etc and ended up getting quite a few cheques as they went back an re-evaluated our joint incomes etc. it's very easy to do and is nice getting some money you weren't expecting!

Thank you bagelbagel81 for updating the spreadsheet. I heard that there is a guy who sent his application on Aug 11th, now he received his AOR. :o

we submitted our application 3rd week of july to cpc-m and as of today, no result yet, hope to hear some good news in the coming days... good luck to us all

I hope everybody's process goes well! I belong to the September group and I am getting really anxious as many of you must feel.
Monday, here we go again!

I don't think there is. I am sure if you set a thread up people will join. Some may be unsure how to or waiting for 1. I was wondering when one would appear.

Good luck with your app and your patience will be tried to it's limit here, yours and your S/O lol :D

Thanks everyone!!! That's good to know! I called them and the girl was on the phone and was very helpful. She said it shouldn't affect our application at all, so that's good news. I'll send the letter in with my common-law spouses' worldly income and hopefully that will get sorted out soon :) I really hope they process us soon!!
