Hi,

I am pretty much sure when the system sends out the AOR email, it already has basic information about the application. You have to try both combinations using Application number or UCI #. Sometimes, you can access sponsor status on eCAS using either Application Number or UCI # (both of them can be found in AOR email).

Try something like this:
1) Identification Type: [Immigration File Number / Application Number]
2) Identification Number: [type the Application Number may start like F000xxx]
3) Surname/Family Name: [Last Name of Sponsor or Principal Applicant]
4) Date of birth: [DAY / MONTH / YEAR]
5) Place of Birth: [Country of Birth]

if above doesnt work, try this:

1) Identification Type: [Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier]
2) Identification Number: [type the UCI # (Eight digit number)]
3) Surname/Family Name: [Last Name of Sponsor or Principal Applicant]
4) Date of birth: [DAY / MONTH / YEAR]
5) Place of Birth: [Country of Birth]

sounds like to me that they haven't updated the system yet.....check in a couple of days using your client # with your info and something should appear --- either in process or decision made but usually not much appears in sponsor section until decision made appears.......

well judging by the spreadsheet ( thanks for adding me btw) should of waited a week to mail mine in as who ever got that weeks actually works hahahahahaha congrats to those of you so far

Yeah I should have waited a week too! Luckily the time has decreased in the last couple of months from 93 days to 66 - so hopefully we wont have to wait too much longer

I had my medical done on April 13th, I sent off my application on July 19th and it was delivered on July 23rd 2012.

i need to travel for a training in November sponsored by my company,i do it once in every year(training related to my discipline), and it happens to fall in Calgary, the other trainings were in Canada also, but am actually feeling i might not be given the visa since am applying for pr already and am still on the waiting list, what do u guys thinks? Starting to get a little worried now. I know I'm still well within the timeframe, but the guys just ahead of me have got their sponsorship approval and I was sure it would be my turn next. Fingers crossed for the end of the week.

I have officially entered the anxious phase. It's going to be a long few months.

And I'm right after you... It seems there was a rush of folk all at once then nothing.

I'm sure it just means lots of applicants not on the spreadsheet getting their turn, but it's still frustrating.

I am sure they havent slowed down. It may have to do something with the Labour Day long weekend. Hang-in there, the team working on last batch of June applications may pick up last week of July applications. Keep fingers crossed. After all its a waiting game, and we all know that :

Yea, I suppose it's easy to forget that there are a lot of people applying who don't use the forum/spreadsheets. I just got my hopes up a lot when there was that flurry of activity. We just have to sit tight I guess!
