I only have my AOR - but I hope sponsorship approval comes up pretty soon!

Just a tip to my fellow julyers, I found my email was sent from Ottawa case processing center, I guess my case was transferred to Ottawa to process, which takes longer I suppose, and for those who got their approval by the end of August, I assume that those cases were processed in Mississauga.

I think you are right- I remember a later applicant mentioning their AOR was from Miss.
It appears to shift between offices on whether one is faster that the other. At least two offices are working on them.

reading this is scary . i've been waiting for any progress and have been worried about them losing our application. I sent in application in a large folder with 3 envelopes inside for (sponsor/spouse/proof of relationship). this is practically confirming my worst fears of how government runs/manages that office. i guess i should have researched this more before sending

Hey, lorenb. NOT to worry, that is EXACTLY how we sent ours in, "3 envelopes categorized exactly the same as you, and then ALL in ONE larger envelope" and we did not have any difficulty with that. In fact, we got our SA in 60 days!

to all Julyers, I called CIC this morning and recevied auto-response AOR (saying my application recived on July 5, 2012). I think my approval will arrive soon.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to clarify a probably stupid question... for those who are calling the auto-service to get their AOR's, is the UCI that you are using the sponsors or the principal applicants?
I am assuming that it is the sponsors UCI and DOB as they are technically the applicant for stage one, in which case we are out of luck as he does not have one yet, being a citizen by birth. I just wanted to check in case others have used the principal applicants details and got a result. In which case I will start obsessively phoning every 15 minutes and driving myself and everyone around me crazy. haha.

Sponsor's UCI and YOB. Applicant's UCI doesn't work for me.
