Friends,

Just a small query !

My application was received by CIO, Sydney on 22nd Aug. With that application, I was supposed to submit pcc of my home country and from Australia (from where I studied). I only submitted the pcc of my home country with the application. But now I received the pcc from Australia as well. What should I do now ? How do I submit the pcc ?

Please advise me.

Thanks

Dear members I want to reapply for permanent residence under Federal Skilled Worker category (NOC 2151 Architects) to canada. I am applying along with my wife. Now at this time my wife is 34 weeks pregnant. I have gone through all the application forms, but there is no option in application forms to specify this situation. so I want to know that what should I do to inform CIC about this situation.

Do I need to take care of this while sending my application to CIC canada or I should wait till baby born and than to inform new delhi canada immigration office?
please advise for the same.

i would personallya advice you to wait for you child to born. as your noc is filling very slowly and you have ample time to file your application. you can also file your case right now but then you will certaily have complications in adding you kid later on. its better you wait for you kid to be born and get his/her birth certi and send it along with the application.

who know the coming child be more lucky for you....best of luck.

you have to show only liquid cash. and that should either be in saving account of your bank or as fixed/term deposit. the amount should be in your name or your wife's name or both. mutual funds and equity funds are not valid. and no way property valuation is considered as proof of funds.

breaking news.....these cic people updated NOC 1122....

they formatted NOC 1122 Cap in RED Colour.

god...please help them to do some productive work.

34 weeks is almost there, 6 more weeks and the baby will be with you! If you are not in a hurry wait those six weeks, prepare everything you have to prepare and leave unfinished the form you have to fill out with the baby's details plus the supporting documents of the baby.
Congrats and good luck
