Dear all, I have submitted my file in Sep 2011 and done My medical in June 2012, that was updated online in same month. I got an email form NDVO and they were asking for new photo of my daughter in July 2012.

Actually I updated my daughter details in Jan 2012 as she was born in Nov 2011. At Medical time I sent new pics of all of us but got e-mail last month for new photo of baby,which I sent next day. I'm waiting for our passport, its being a month I have sent the photo but there is no update. Is there any problem? pls help,when shall we get our PP back?

File number from Sydney - 29 March 2012
File number from NDVO - 18 April 2012
2nd line in eCAS ( we started processing your file on Aug 6 2012)

My question:
1) Do you guys think if I have any chances of getting MR anytime soon?
2) Are there any chances of getting a verification call like work experience verification?
3) Did anybody here got any verification call, if yes would anyone be able to provide me some details like the overall experience of the call?
4) Do I have chances of getting rejected because of my low Ielts score?
5) Do I have chances of getting rejected because of the AEO? I heard from some people that NDVO rejects 70% AEO cases.

If anybody could provide me with any of the above answers that will be great. Seniors please help.

* For your first question, yes it seems you will get MR Soon (in my guess with in few days)

* Verification can occur at any time and any stage of processing.

* You can find lots of people in the forum, who got verification calls from VO.

* Low IELTS score does not necessarily disqualify you but Visa officer must be convinced considering other selection factor (and you must get 67 to pass)

*If AEO is genuine and HRDC approved, no problem for you !!!
