It shouldn't be a problem if the forms are signed & dated June . The application will be processed according to the instructions in place on the day it was received at CIO. In fact some 1122s this year were signed & dated June especially of people who had their immigration consultant overseas. You have to time your application such that it doesn't land before July 1 at their office.

We should know what's in the next MI for FSW probably at least a week before the end of June 2012.

dear RkC and others,,, do u expect that the changes in the points system will be announced together with the new IM announcement, or theymay be a little time delay between both?

i mean may i have time next june/july 2012 to send my application before the publish then new changes? it may be few days +/- 1st of july???

i mean, i wish they first will announce the new occupations list and still previous (current)points system (in which my score is 67) applicable,so at this moment my application received and may be assessed as per the old system....then a little pet later they announce the changes in the point system...
