Hello MI-3 applicants please clear my one doubt . i ve heard that New delhi Office has put MI-3 cases on hold!

Is it true?

Sunnyslietian....2 friends from this thread got their MR. Infact Mang is going for his Medicals tomorrow. So I would take in this news with a pinch of salt.

I would think you must sign dated June if you are sending in your appl in June. CIC would go by the rcvd date of your application at their premises, and not by the signing date on the forms. This is what I think.

Should there be any difference of opinion the other members will write in. So lets wait and see.

thanx dear for reply,,,, i meant by 7 in ielts my the sum of 2+2+2+1=7 +0 french, so 7 out of 24 for language.....

You should really try and imrpove your ielts score, it's not so difficult, really, and you have time now, it's better to use it wisely!

U can send it before 1st July 2012 but time it in such a way that it reaches only on or mayb a day after 1st July NOT before. U can confirm d delivery date with the courier company before u hand them the package. Best of Luck 2 u.

It shouldn't be a problem if the forms are signed & dated June . The application will be processed according to the instructions in place on the day it was received at CIO. In fact some 1122s this year were signed & dated June especially of people who had their immigration consultant overseas. You have to time your application such that it doesn't land before July 1 at their office.

We should know what's in the next MI for FSW probably at least a week before the end of June 2012.

Thanks for that message. I had to update some other infirmation as well so I sent an extra package with all relevant documents to their office.

Will try to go through the website again, to request an address change.

OMG I logged on today with mixed feelings and a hope to read lots of good news. But what do I see instead? So much love and good wishes floating around! I am SOOOO happy guys. For the last couple of days our thread seemed to have been overtaken by bad vibes. It was very upsetting. Now everything is back to normal....if not even better Be blessed my friends. I just have to mention a few people:
