It's just my opinion. Please refer to CIC website before taking decisions.
This year in Feb/Mar a consultation was conducted by CIC on Proposed changes to FSW program. The MI4 should most probably come out with some /all proposed changes , a week ( +/- few days ) before July 2012. Although there are reports going on in the forum that CIC might place temporary moratorium on FSW program, can't say how much of it is true.

Education: Proposed changes will reduce the number of years (from 12 to 10) of schooling required to earn full points for a post-secondary vocational, technical or trades credential. This change will give tradespersons an additional seven points on the grid.
Age: Under the current points grid, maximum points are accorded up to age 49; with changes, maximum points would be accorded to age 35, with diminishing points accorded thereafter.
Pass Mark is 67
