What i am not sure abou is, does number count of cap increasing as they recieve application against each NOC or its based on completeness check of each application ?

Zeeshan

its now 6wks since file rcved, do u think there is a need to inquire about my app? can i get anything?
Communication with cio is better by emails, but I think they changed their waiting period from 6 weeks to 90 days.

Helppp...IMHO, it serves absolutely no purpose. It only unnerves you unnecessarily. When we have such a wonderful forum with such helpful people who update us with all details, live, why should we depend on obsolete data provided by those agents, mail or call!

This is absolutely my personal opinion. I have completed more than 6 weeks and in an equally precarious position (if not more), but I havent bothered to write to them or call them. I find the SS of this thread much more informative and up to date.

thank u very much dear,,,

btw,if i click "good" i'll add +1 for you?

Hi Your Highness!

How are you doing? I'm new to this thread. If possible can you help me with my concern?
I have a friend who applied last July under NOC 3152. Four months have passed and still she has not received the PER or any letter as a confirmation that her file was already received. What do you think are the reasons why she hasn't receive any response coming from the CIO yet?

Thanks... Your reply will be much appreciated.

There may be appls with slightly higher complications which take up more time. There are other straightforward applications that go thru really fast. Hence the difference.

I must admit that I find this as the only logical explanation by simply looking at my situation. Delay in review of my appl is most certainly due to its complexity. To cut story short, it is not straightforward. If by any weird chance I'm creating this delay for the rest of you guys, than shame on me!

Anyway, I personally find a response we get from CIO as a result of a working system with its rules and procedures and not something random or chaotic and that's what brings me comfort.

Hello Ickodothy. welcome to this wonderful thread. I am doing good, thank you :-)

I hate to be the one telling you this. But from what I have gathered from other 3152 members of this forum is that the CAP for that NOC had been closed by 20th or 22nd of July itself. So many members whose applns were rcvd post that date, were returned due to "CAP reached".
What date did your friend's application reach CIC? S/he can get this from the Courier Service.

Trust this info helps.
Good luck to you and your friend :-)

:D :D

It would be a pleasure to learn Indian dance from you guys , but without those RKC'S funny bamboos.... ??? ;D ??? ;D

Shiela ki Jawaani is NKKD's forte. I will teach her Chhamak Chhalo ;-) Bharatnatyam I dont know. Kathak maybe!!

And what do you mean you will watch? Wont you join in?

If fee encashment has to do with the updates on the website how come application for phd students received after November 5th reflects on the website. does it mean that November phd applicants already have their cc/bd cashed. IMO, cap are updated based on application received. there might have being a long delay in updating the website in july/August due to large volume of application received, but what i strongly believe is that the value reflected on the website is close to what have been received till a week or 2 weeks ago.
It seems like a valid point.Because they don't know, whether it is a Ph.D. application or other FSW1 application until they open the application package received.

Vumax...I must admit that I admire your frankness and your straight forward attitude. Dont worry, your good news is on its way buddy....followed by ours. We shall all celebrate together :-)
