About assumptions
For the first experiment, they cut one of the dog's legs off, then they told the dog to walk. The dog got up and walked, so they they learned that a dog could walk with just three legs.

For the second experiment, they cut off a second leg from the dog, then they told the dog once more to walk. The dog was still able to walk with only two legs.

For the third experiment, they cut off yet another leg from the dog and once more they told the dog to walk. However, the dog wasn't able to walk with only one leg.

As a result of these three experiments, the scientists wrote in their final report that the dog had lost it's hearing after having three legs cut off.

Why not? They could open envelopes, check for completeness and count NOC, and then put them aside to wait for encashment and eligibility review.
Dont take tension dear.
No one knows about the adject working style of them.
But if this is the case then the procedure for PHDs must be different frm ours.
They might open our envelops to seperate them according to our noc.

i see that opening files to know the noc and if phd is thing,,, and start checking it for completeness is another thing, i mean a team open a received file, determine its noc and send it to the responsible team for this noc, where it is put aside on shelf till its turn to be going under the comp. check....

Hello Ickodothy. welcome to this wonderful thread. I am doing good, thank you :-)

I hate to be the one telling you this. But from what I have gathered from other 3152 members of this forum is that the CAP for that NOC had been closed by 20th or 22nd of July itself. So many members whose applns were rcvd post that date, were returned due to "CAP reached".
What date did your friend's application reach CIC? S/he can get this from the Courier Service.

Trust this info helps.
Good luck to you and your friend :-)

Whoa! That's a bad news then. :o Her consultancy agency was the one who sent all her documents last week of july. Initially, they instructed her to wait for about 2 months before receiving PER but it has already been 4 months now and still she's yet to hear anything from the CIO. Given that the CAP was reached by the time they sent her application, She could probably be waiting for nothing and not know about it. I already informed her about it and her anxiety rise through the roof. :o She'll verify it with her agency tomorrow. Anyway, thanks so much for the info Your Highness. I appreciate it! +1! cheers! ;D
