Hi, i read somewhere in this forum that your application was returned due to cap reached? Is it true? Im worried cause i sent my application last sept under 3152, im afraid that theres a bigger chance that i didnt make it in to the cap..

At last I got good news I just received sms from my bank my credit card had adebit on 19/10/2011 which the same day of my birthday...woooo

hi guys...
I had sent my application to CIC on 19th sept. 2011... it was received by CIC on 26th sept.
at a time of subimision my wife was pregnant. and she delivered a baby girl on 28th eavning. I want my baby to be part of our application as an applicant....but I have already sent the application...so in this case what should I do further to inform CIC about this matter....
I called there call service agent ...but didnt got satisfactory reply,,,,
please advice.

wait for your PER and once ur application is sent to the visa office than inform them about this matter

Some good news for all the buffalo applicants. Buffalo was once a fast processing VO but not anymore. There is now a possibility for a reversal. Buffalo is now transferring all or most of its applications to local offices like Los Angeles, New York, Seattle and Detriot. This could mean that buffalo will pick up its pace once again. I am really happy about this you can see that I applied for buffalo.
