Sorry but how could you do that any documents like mobile bill, credit card statement, rental documents, or house ownership documents could do the purpose. Sorry bro. On my 1st apply on March 2011 I just didn't send my birth certificate guess what...... I got my application back. New applicant please read the document cheek list several time before send the application. Thanks.

yes u are right the same sitution done with me with BC . and we think that it is simple but causes alot

Guys I have just received my NER .

Guss what is the reason of refusal?

cos I did not send the letter of employment for my brother who is in canada.

I send his , I birth date certificates
his permanent residence card copy

but they need a proof that he is currently live there.

sorry to hear that but i still dont understand, i only included pr card of my uncle, no birth cert or employment letter of what so ever, i got per. as you said, it is God's willing.

It's over. We have to think about other options. Obviously it's a problem with my work experience because I work in the bank and the bank is financial institution and finance occupations are removed from in demand NOC list, so regardless of my real job duties, do they think that a person from the bank can't do NOC 1122 duties? At least it looks like this, right?

Is there someone who works in the bank under NOC 1122 and who have received PER?

obviously cic seem to be specific on job duties within 1122, you are right that you qualify but the description the bank gave on your reference or employment letter must have been the problem. you have to pick a job title under 1122, and tailor the jd on the noc that fits best before submission. its not the end tho, many avenues might still be at your disposal.
