Folks , I have a question . Hope someone would be kind enough to answer . When does our application status available unde ECAS ?. Is it after you get PER ?. I have my CC charged few weeks ago but I still not able to access ECAS. Is it normal ..Thanks.

After you get PER you will receive the UCI and you will be able to logon and see your status on ECAS.

I got following reply from CIC today.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that your application was received on July 20, 2011 and returned with all attachments on Sep 20, 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.
Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Bad news, but no problem, I will apply again. This was my 2nd attempt and many people believe that 3rd attempt has always a greater chance of success.

Guss what is the reason of refusal?

cos I did not send the letter of employment for my brother who is in canada.

I send his , I birth date certificates
his permanent residence card copy

but they need a proof that he is currently live there.
