The rules are very clear guys: Submit a complete and valid application before the Cutoff date and you're in. They don't mention anywhere that a more flexible review will be offered to those who intends to settle in Saskatchewan (or any other area with names that are hard to pronounce),
lol, names of many places in Canada are a mouthful ;D

Thanks guys for ignoring me.
Thanks a lot Mohamad1411 for sharing Ur experience. I hope everything comes up fine
Dear Rasance,
Nobody is ignoring you, Welcome to our family.

The thing is that most of us here think that the CAP for your NOC reached on 8th of July and your application was received on the 22nd, hence the silence towards explaining your email.

I have reposted a post from Viz below for your information.
My consultant just received my file back, with a letter saying

"A maximum of 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications, without an offer of
arranged employment, or a maximum of 500 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per
National Occupation Classification (NOC) code will be considered for processing each year.
Your application was received after the maximum of 500 complete Federal Skilled Worker
applications per NOC 1122 was reached."

My app was received on 11th of July, 9th and 10th being weekend. Hope this gives some insight to the post-8th July applicants. I feel we better start looking for arranged employments rather than wasting time discussing when the cap for 1122 closed. All the best to all.

Viz

My understanding is when CIO enters our data online, our address shows up in ecas status. But for PER, you will receive a emaol from them. you need to to wait for some more time.

Big O , is it mandatory that you must know French to apply for Qubec ?

Dear Viz,
Very sorry to hear the bad news, and many thanks for sharing the update. Arranged employment is one of the option available, trying next year or learning french and appliying for Quebec are other options available... main point is that you should not give up and I can see you're not.

Best of luck in everything you tackle in life,

My eCAS status is showing "Application Received" from last 3 weeks. I am yet to receive P/NER. Now, they have added my mailing address. Does this mean anything ?

I dont think that is hinting you about P/NER. I got PER on 9/21, now and even before that my status "Application Received". My guess is after CIO entered data online, address is showing up. I saw others msgs who claimed address online w/o P/NER. But I think you will receive you PER soon.

They don't mention anywhere that a more flexible review will be offered to those who intends to settle in Saskatchewan (or any other area with names that are hard to pronounce), and they have the PNP programs to promote "Easy PR" (although it is not as easy as it sounds).

Don't forget that stating a city in your application is not binding in any way (except for having to be there initially), hence they cannot bank on that information.
Hi Big O , Mr Mak
Fully agree that PNP has been made to serve each province based on its needs , But my point that each country including Canada always maintain its own agenda , other wise they will find all people concentrate in specific provinces and and neglect the non populated areas , based on this I believe they may give ( A VERBAL ) advices to push for some appliication if it meets with some strategic directions , i.e. NUMBER OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS , THEIR AGES , THE DESTINATION THEY ARE INETND TO LIVE , so as long as you are coming with big number of kids , as much as they are still kids , I believe it helps you to proceed sometimes smoothly , however its just a theory from my mind , becasue I believe Canada immigration system does not work as a lottary , like USA , by the end of the day they need to pipe people in useful direction to support economy in some territories .
