Please see below what I wrote:

Dear Sir: I have applied under MI-3, NOC code: 1122. As per my Ecas - it says "We started processing your application on November 22nd 2011". Does this mean my application is still under process for background/ security checks or an MR has already been sent? Because I believe the MR is sent through normal post. The country where I reside - Kuwait - has terrible postal service where letters lie around at the post office for 4-5 months without being sorted especially during this season.. I do not want to miss my MR letter, if already sent.. Can you please advice me, if possible, by email when the MR is being sent, so I can easily track it down here at the post office? Thank you in advance for obliging... and taking time to read this. Seasons Greetings!

We are unsure what you mean by MR, but on 23 November 2011 we sent medical forms and requested for RPRF fees.

Please allow additional time for delivery as post is also slow at the time of year.

try requesting them also (via the online query) to extend their date required for u to submit ur MR (result) since there was an error on the birth record that they have in the medical forms that they sent u.

another option would be (imo) for u to undergo the medical, then correct the birth record in the form, and upon submission to ur VO, u attach a cover letter explaining the correction then attach/include a copy of the birth certificate....hope this input help somehow...(perhaps u can also mention this option in the online query, if this is acceptable to them?)

Yes westpoint, I have already written them via online query on december 23rd, I have explained them everything that I have to go to India to submit my medical and passport and will it be fine to undergo medical with the wrong DOB! Also this error is not a typo error as my ECAS never shows me anything with the correct DOB..my status comes up only when i put the wrong one! ( I just discovered this after I saw my medical form)
Their turn around time is approximately 10 days, so lets see what they reply! I just hope things get resolved as rejection at this stage for no mistake of mine will be a huge setback!

U r right ashtoshka, my dd was encashed on 13 dec as per PER letter by CIC but according to my bank my dd was encashed on 21st dec. So it is clear that bank take some time to update this information. Hope this helps!!

Before the week ends too, I would like to close it with a bit of news...

Since my children who are on vacation temporarily "occupied wall street, err the house" I only got to read my emails now. I received a letter from FSW informing me that they have received my payment and that I have received a PER ;D ;D ;D ho ho ho ho ho ho. I am happy to share with you this good news. I hope we all get good news for the coming year ahead.

i tried it too and doesn't work yet...then when i read the written result i remember reading something abt "you will know the result once they start processing your papers" something like this...and i think our papers (at this stage) are not being processed yet since it has not reached our respective vo's. It will be processed in our vo...so wait a while my friend for our files to be transferred to our vo maybe then it'll work and show the status of our application.

perhaps i will try it again this January, for now, will enjoy the holidays with my children

Dear Westpoint,

You should be able to log into your e-cas after receiveing PER letter.

You have 2 options in order to do this:
1) Use file number starting with letter E
2) Using UCI number( 8 numbers)

Write only Family Name and try to use caps letters when login the first time.
Usually only one of these options will work.
In my case, I can login, only with the file number, UCI doesn't work
I hope this information will help you see your online application status!

I saw your time frame, you are almost 20 days ahead of me, and it seems you've got your MR and RPRF. WHat is your idea when I might get those?
Ive heard from forum members that London VO will ask the PPC/MR/RPRF/PPR seperately with 45 to 60 days intervals but for you MR/RPRF came together which its very good. WHat about PCC have you sent it? Im dubai applicant, by when u think ill get those?
