Your Highness, If they are working on around 20 OCt applicant then my Bank Draft should be encashed.

Its not encashed till yet.

I am very tense.

We've inquire in our bank couple days ago, they told us the bd was not encashed yet, but I think I read somewhere on this thread that banks might not get this information right away, so we'll be checking again next week.

U r right ashtoshka, my dd was encashed on 13 dec as per PER letter by CIC but according to my bank my dd was encashed on 21st dec. So it is clear that bank take some time to update this information. Hope this helps!!

relax, u will get it soon. if u look at the ss, bdpa and ved2003 got their per 86 and 85 days after encashment of fee. u r now 77 days my friend, i am sure u will get it before the year ends. or 1st week of January, a new year's gift...

People do get NER also after encashement. But why are you thinking negative? You will get PER!!!

This is the mail ID FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca and the subject will read " Applicatio​n for Permanent Residence in Canada".

moreover i deleted some mails on 23rd dec so i was doubting whether have deleted my per too without noticing it.....sorry toooooo imaginative ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I want to update my information such as change of address, my visa status in UK, etc... where and when should I send updated documents. I want to update before the second review. please let me know shall i send to CIC Canada or Visa Office London ?? I got PER on 22nd Dec 2011. my documents are not yet send to VO.

Zee I totally understand what you are going thru. But let me tell you, my Bd was charged on 30th Nov and we got to now about it on 8th or 9th of Dec. Relax my friend. YOU ARE IN CAP. There's no doubts about it. The only thing is the timing is bad. So this delay.

Pls dont lose hope buddy. Keep your application ready to file first week of July 2012. You are delayed by 6 months, thats it.

It must be tough on you and your family right now. But pls keep faith and be strong.

Please wait for your file to reach your VO and send all the details to VO. There's absolutely no point sending it to CIC Canada. Your file should reach VO by end of Jan latest.
