Dear Westpoint,

You should be able to log into your e-cas after receiveing PER letter.

You have 2 options in order to do this:
1) Use file number starting with letter E
2) Using UCI number( 8 numbers)

Write only Family Name and try to use caps letters when login the first time.
Usually only one of these options will work.
In my case, I can login, only with the file number, UCI doesn't work
I hope this information will help you see your online application status!

Good luck and smooth process with your application!

thank u strangernomore ;) i will try this suggestion of urs ;) ;)

Hi dear, I received my PER on the 15th of Dec and my address has been missing since a few days later after receiving it. Don't worry this is probably just routine.

Hi SmGrGe, thank you so much for your reply. Actually in my online status there is only on line mentioned: WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY ON 29th July 2011. The status is IN PROCESS as well. I applied through an immigration agency in UAE, me too i havent received the letter just the agency sent me an e-mail, sent by CHC, which mentioned my file number and PER. but i heard in the forum which LVO asks for PCC/RFPR/MR/PPR seperately with almost 45 to 60 days intervals. do you have any idea about it?
cheers

Hi aba! Once our application reaches the VO it is dependent on the officer handling your application - some may be slow, some fast. Also, importantly, how you have presented your application with the supporting documentation.. If they are very much convinced, they may not request background or security checks... I think... Maybe you may get MR in Jan,God willing... Or even before the end of this year ...

But do you have the line..."We started processing your application on......" in our Ecas?? I think most of thm who got this extra line in LVO have received their MR... By the way, I haven't received mine in hand yet... It's been more than a month since they sent it from London.... Still waiting. They emailed me saying they've sent medical papers and RPRF request... They didn't mention PCC... But I'm sure it'll be there... I am on vacation now, as soon as I hear of the papers I will go back..

Dear Seniors,

Sent my application ( NOC 3113 ) last week.
Total number of received application as per the CIC website is 433.
I have been reading in this forum that CIC is still evaluating applications which they received in Oct and the number mentioned (433 for Dentist ) on CIC website is of Oct.
Not sure if I will fall under the Cap or Not.

I just assumed that the information given on CIC website under "Applications received toward the overall cap: 5 850 of 10,000 as of December 22, 2011" would be accurate.

Can people who applied last year also and seniors shed some light on this.

Regards,
Dr. Shalini

Dear Dr. Salini

To be honest you had a few chance to be on the cap. In terms of no of application they received, Its truly wrong information which mislead a lot of applicant.
My best wishes for you to be on the cap.

Hi RKC. Thank you for the concern. Sorry for the late reply. I have been mostly offline the last couple of days, to rest. I am feeling a lot better today. I woke up with no fever, and my appetite is back. And because of that, I am now in the mall to reclaim all the fattening, artery-clogging food that I missed in the last 3 days. ;D

Your Highness, Zelda, thanks for the PMs. Sorry for the anemic, low-energy replies I sent back. My brain was reeling from the effects of carbohydrates-deprivation.

Hey Alain...dont worry about the response to PM buddy. I know what carbohydrate deprivation can do to a person. Its great to have your carbohydrate, calorie and fat filled posts back in the forum ;D

Cheers
