Yes, there are exceptions. I guess it's more a matter of luck than research. We too did our fair amount of research before hiring them. You were plain lucky.

yeah it's a matter of luck coupled with good research, persistence, follow up (f u have an agency and prayers how abt destiny/fate? i guess so

Hey I didn't say 450... The pattern for the past 1 week is a big jump in count for 40 to 50 followed by minor increments of 10 to 20.. So on Monday I'm expecting a big jump....

What about an application that was sent well before 18th of July but got delivered to CIO after 18th? Which date do they consider? The date of signing on the app or the date of delivery?

do u have an agency?

i last submitted my docs when i was with my agency last week of December 2010,cc charged 1st week of January or 2nd week, then March 2011 found to be not eligible. result w/c was sent through email to my agency was March 11.

Here's what i did when agency forwarded to me the msg from fsw. I sent CIO a letter informing them that i am the PA, i am cancelling my @ #$%^&* agency so all correspondences should be course to the new email add. i likewise inquired if i will get back my documents and payment. then their reply was: my payment will be refunded to the cc that i used but not my documents.

Now here is another dark side to my @ #$%^&* agncy, when i inquired with them when i will get back my processing fee as i will no longer seek another application (since they were convincing me to resubmit and will give discount, i was worried they will not give me back my PF, So i just told them that i wont apply anymore but i planned to submit on my own since i've learned a lot), they said i will get it around May since CIO has not returned it to them yet???

what i did? i emaild cio again re: processing fee refund. luckily they responded swiftly saying my processing fee has been returned March 17, just a week after they found me ineligible!!!! see?!?! then around mid last week of june i told my @ #$%^&* agency that i have been told that my fee has been with them since MARCH 17 and they said they will give it to me 1st week of MAY once it is credited to their acct coz it will have clearance blah blah blah. NOW, WOULD U TRUST THIS KIND OF @ #$%$^&* AGENCY AGAIN???? NO WAYYYY!!!!

hi westpoint.whats the name of your agency? is that CIC? cause this agency also cares about
earning more clients and payments but are very poor and slow in supervising their clients
with their documents and applications. After paying them, It is so hard for their consultants
to be reached etc and so on..by the way,May I know the reason why you've been classified as
not eligible? I hope you can apply now. do something about your IELTs..

When cic rejects any application...i takes around 3 months time to reach the package to the applicant. last year i received rejection letter dated 28th oct 2010 but the letter and package was received by me in feb 2011.

By courier any package can reach any destination within 7 days. by normal post it might take max one month. but why cic take three months even when it had already made the decision.

any guesses.

The regular post usually takes 1-3 months to reach your address. My kit almost took 2 months and 1 week, I got the email that my app did not make it into the Cap on the 1st week Dec and it was mentioned in the email that the kit was sent back on the 30th Nov, but I received the kit on the first week of feb.

h there .why did you get rejection? For me, I applied in the college of ontario.. They sent me a mail last march 1,2011...but the mail was received to our house june 1,2011..if its an ordinary post mail..Its really a long wait..There must be something wrong with in our post office..each post office has a lot of backlogs..

hey guys ..the receiver general for canada is an account of The bank of nova scotia right?
Can we inquire at the bank of nova scotia regarding the reference number of our Cheque/BD if it was already encashed by their bank? Its too late for me to think about my relatives in Canada,I could have used their
bank account to get a cheque or bd so it could be encashed by CIO faster than the banks here in the phils..
Do you think our relatives can call the bank of nova scotia and ask them?
