Members,

In your opinion CIO is checking and charging the CC/BD based on first come first serve basis irrespective of any NOC or they may have segregated staff for each NOC. Why I am thinking this cuz I applied under NOC 3112 and application received on 8th july so if they have segregated staff so if my application is completed then my CC would have been charged becaused in this NOC they received only 4 applications.

if they are doing it on FCFS basis then then i should not be worried because still they are working on 5th and 6th july applications.

Please comments.

My application had reached CIC on 28th Oct. But surprisingly i didnt got a Cap Full reply as to many people whose application was reached on 28th.

My application was rejected because i had not included Proof of Funds. it was an idiotic mistake made by my consultant.

One of many such idiotic mistakes made on here by consultants!

I am sorry if the generalisation sounds unfair, since I am sure there must be some decent consultants out there. But I mean come on, for the amount you are paying them they did not even check you had included proof of funds? It's a fairly major mistake and pretty unforgiveable for a professional immigration consultants.

I've said it once and I will say it again - unless your case is particularly complex, you are much better off downloading all the forms and applying yourself. Saves delays, expense and maybe even rejection in the long run!

Regarding proof of funds, will that just be the bank statement, stating your account balance? I asked my agency about this and they said that the bank statement will do.

You have to provide Original Bank Certificate. Along with that if you want, you can also submit Bank Statement (optional).

I am a registered nurse but currently not working in the hospital. I am now working as a nurse clinical instructor. will that be included in my work experience? or my experience in the hospital will be the only thing considered? i am quite confused because my agency will not consider my experience as a clinical instructor.

our agency request me to have at least bank certificate... i guess any will do ( bank cert or bank statement).

regarding your experience as clinical instructor, they explained to me that it is in differ NOC like teacher.

original plan was my CLP as the principal Applicant and he is a clinical instructor and graduate as MAN, accdg. to their assessment he is not qualified because he is not a hospital base nurse...

Godbless...
