Yesterday, I got mail from CIO, they are yet to open files received on 15 September. So I guess, there are lot of applications during Aug last and Sept first week, so they might be busy with first week of Sept application till now.

I called up my bank TD Canada Trust and they said the draft is not yet encashed. He said he can tell within a day of encashment.
If the PER timelines is 90 days, drafts for 13 14 Sep should be encashed in this week?

August has become a road block. Once it is removed u know wht will happen? Heavens will open n per will be raining. N then the wait for MR snowing season will begin. N then the spring of hope will descend with fresh leaves of maple. Those who paid through Credit Card can tell quicker, but BD/DD encashment date can not be known quicker !
