hi westpoint..there's a lot of clerks in our universities..who r the best person to get in touch with in our school?the assistant of our registrar? and lastly,does manila vo call us even on weekends? or at late night?
I have some miscalls during late night and every time I ask them who they are..they dont answer me..
ahahaha..sorry..my anxiety is really going up..

perhaps u can use miniminemo? just kidding maybe u can inquire from the reg who is responsible for such query, i am sure they know abt this thing

re midnight calls, i doubt if it is cio, perhaps one of ur admirers ;D cio operates on same office hrs here in PI.

yeah..Ive started gathering my gsis letter(its almost crumpled but it is still good to be used as a proof of membership) ,pag ibig statement, bir withheld tax and

if i were u i will not use this crumpled docs, they check on the quality of submitted docs...

WORKING TIMES OF IO AT NDVO

ONLY KNOW ABOUT NDVO
10 am to 5pm ( mon to fri)
A.) 10 am to 2pm
a) IO WORKS ON NEW FILES AND REACESS THEM .
b) CHEAKS IF ANY DOCUMENT IS MISSING OR NOT .
c)MAKES A LIST OF DOUBTFUL DOCUMENTS AND MAKE A REMARK ON YOUR FILE.
d)Checks older files , document recieved, medical, PP ETC.
e) Sit with a team to make final DIS.

(B.) 2pm to 3pm
Lunch break

(C.) 3pm to 5pm
a) IO sends a document request/medical / PPR Etc.
b) IO sends a verification request to the university
C) IO sends a invitation for interview if required.
d) THIS IS TIME WHEN IO CALLS ( only in 10 % cases)
It can only to the employer
Or both at the same time .
It can be as long as half an hour or very short i.e 1 min.
Your employer has the full right to refuse to give any personal information over the phone. Usually ,if yr employer tell them yr aprox. employement tenure and some of the job duties thats fine for them .

*Security cheaks are not done by the IO*

Yes sir, according to them, they must organised to send MR via email. From Dec 1, 2011 onwards , CIC is not going to print any form for applicants. It should be done by applicants themselves !
