My ECAS status is showing "IN Process", what about your's

Yes sir, according to them, they must organised to send MR via email. From Dec 1, 2011 onwards , CIC is not going to print any form for applicants. It should be done by applicants themselves !

I really hope that this will speed up process.
I am waiting MR 8) got RBVO first week of October.

well, if VO send MR by email rather than snail mail, it will save your 15-20 days.

Hi All,

I checked with my consultant about the status of "Number of completed applications".
He said that is basically the number of applications that have been received.
Hence there will be a lag of maximum 1 week.
It is not possible that the "Number of completed applications" mentioned is of August end.

This is in total contradiction to what one of friends found out from CIC.

Not sure what is correct.

Majority of the consultants are liars and cheaters.....
So absolutely no point asking them
They will continue to give false information and that to very coolly


If uptill now no one from september has reported of being charged and getting a PER/NER then its clear that CIC has not moved into september applicants..

If u had followed this thread from the start then u wud have seen that this thing was discussed when 1122 applicants were discussing about the backlog and one thing that came out from that was only when ur charged , ur application is counted towards the cap...

yup agreed. Consultants r liars most of the time. If applications r counted towards cap on being received by cio the cap of 1122 wud have been announced in the first of july. Though I have a hunch tht they r counted towards cap on completeness check and not on cc/bd encashment.

They are done together (completness and encashment) simple proof is that we have seen applications being returned because they were incomplete (missing signature or Ielts....). These incomplete applications were never charged.
On the other hand, we've seen so many applications that were complete and charged but got NER at a later stage.

I got my MR without asking for PCC...i think they will ask for it later...
