I have been a silent observer of the spreadsheet.

I am very grateful to everyone on this Forum, the prediction on the spreadsheet is almost accurate. You guys are doing a very good job, I pray God rewards all of you abundantly. I advised my wife that her PER would come today as indicated from the spreadsheet, she would have received it on Friday if it wasn't for the public holiday. She is the main applicant while I am her dependant. However I also double as her agent ;D

this is really interesting and i think you shouldnt lose hope and still wait a while before you re-gather your mailing details as well as your file receiver's name and date etc. as i still believe your file is within cic probaly sitting somewhere. dont gve up and prayer helps too.

Dear Spicey, I'm really sorry to hear about your frustrations. Pls dont give up. I agree with other forumites that you should try to find out at which point precisely the file got missing- with the post or cic. Pls keep your hope alive.

On the raging debate about which bd encashment and cap and files being worked on, i dont know if the cic call i just made makes any difference. I'll leave that to seniors to decide.

The lady i spoke with told me that they are currently entering Aug 17th applicants into the database. I asked if I will make it into the noc 3131 cap and she says 'we have no way of knowing that'. Then I just saw Omoba7's post that their application was received Aug 17th, cc encashed Oct 31st and PER Nov 14. CIC is entering 'into database' today applicants from Omoba's date. Meaning the entry into the database is probably a separate activity that happens after or independent of the encashment or PER.

How is it possible that the agent couldnt tell if a file received 2 months back will make it into cap or not? I find that suprising. Anyway, I just learnt, after a 16mins call, that calling doesnt really help in finding out about cap or not.

you could have asked her " Till what date applications are in the CAP mentioned on the website".
17th August applications are getting PER. BD encashment has already started for 25 Aug applicants

U know that question didn't even cross my mind. It will be nice if someone reading this can call and find out for all of us.

Although the waiting is nerve-racking, I trust in God's will.

10 applications of 0631 in a day. That is a bit too much. I hope the updates are as frequent as this. Any more BD / CC encashment. Any calls to CIC
