Guys, I have a big concern, may be someone of you can clarify. My job description is relevant to more than one NOC code, but I mentioned in my application only one of them. I submitted under 1122 (big mistake))), but may be also quilified as Primary Production Manager (NOC 0811). I'm thinking if CIC is taking into account all job duties, or they just scan for those which are relevant to NOC mentioned in the application form. :
It's just my "plan B thinking" ...

i just called them now, a very polite man called richard answered after i waited in que for like 10 mins , he told me that they are processing applications received on july 13, then i asked him to check my status, he asked me for info like name, DOB, tel no. then some other questions to verify that i am the applicant.
he said my application is still in process and there is no decision had been made yet , he said i may have another 1 month to wait for response

which means people who have sent applications in August Septemberh ave no chance. If they are still looking at applications recieved on July 13th, howcome some people after those dates have got acknowledgement. Something is wrong

I think it is too early. I am also in the same boat as you are in. I wish I had sent the PCC with the initial application but I had no time. I am sure this is not the right time for you to request PCC.However, you can obtain your finger prints card and keep them ready. The FBI told me that they are valid for 18months.

VO gives 3 month to provide PCC. So you can make it after official VO request.

1122 cap reached on 8th July and not 7th July. If you look at the SS, you can see that some applicants whose appn delivered on 8th did not make it through while others did. The conclusion is based on the fact that no 1122 applicants were cc charged after 8th july. A couple of 1122 had their bd charged after 8th but I do not think it is accurate information.

You will be assessed based on the NOC you are applying for.
