After the last CIC update on Oct 11,2011, I relaized that the initial rush has subsided to some extent. Even for the now popular NOCs-3131 and 0631, everyone who has sent their applications in the months of aug and sept should be in the cap unlike what was predicted before.

As for 3152, I do believe that the cap has reached somewhere between Jul 18th and jul 20th. I am sorry to say but please be prepared for it if your application was received after jul 20th.

Hi all senior,

Can you share your experience about POF vo will ask again bank statement and which stage he will ask. I sent only my balance certificate from my bank but after few days I used my all amount to in some other work. When vo will ask again bank statement then I can arrange amount again but may be then he have some doubt. Please share me your experience and guide me what should I do.

It is possible to do it as VO is not asking for 6 months statements anymore. But, you should have the real money if you want to establish in Canada.

Some one please suggest me if this is the right time to apply for PCC (US & india). It will take approx. 2 months for me get both PCC from date of application.

I received PER on 21st Sep. So if I apply now and get PCCs in 2 months, will they hold validity by the time Buffalo VO request for PCC and I send those to them. Concern here is PCC issued more than three months back are considered as not Valid by CIC/VO

SO your input will be helpful to me to plant for this
