I was in at the time of application and my stupid consultant did not update our Indian address before we moved to India even i informed them in well advance. they sent me
Yes i had a consultant from South Africa but I sent them all paper work to cancel the appointment of my representative in feb end. but They allready issued my medical request on 9th feb but i got that medical request on 13 march as they sent it to south Africa. I managed to submit all documents within timeline. please read the letter from CIC

From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you self and spouse. From India, UK, Philippines this much be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
