I was in at the time of application and my stupid consultant did not update our Indian address before we moved to India even i informed them in well advance. they sent me


Yes i had a consultant from South Africa but I sent them all paper work to cancel the appointment of my representative in feb end. but They allready issued my medical request on 9th feb but i got that medical request on 13 march as they sent it to south Africa. I managed to submit all documents within timeline. please read the letter from CIC

In order for us to continue the processing your application, we require the followings:
 Complete or provide proof of completion of the immigration medical examination yourself and spouse/ common –law partner. This must be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
 Pay the right of Permanent Residence fee yourself and spouse/ common-law partner. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012
 Complete Marriage Questionaire for yourself. This must be received a t this office by 03/30/2012.
 Marriage photos for your self. Provide photo of weeding reception, ceremony and casual photos. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012.

yes, pratik thy are not looking into our file and causing this delay and we getting frustated.

as we cant go and work thr frm day 1 .. they shld understand tht we need to sit fr board exams and tht takes a lot of time

You know my little one saw a dream last night that we got DM on ECAS and rcvd our passports at the same time. It was a fairly long dream and of course I was put through the entire narration over the morning glass of milk

yes but they do not understand this... some people get it very fast and son very late i understand that it depends on individual profile but there should be something like one by one... so we can predict that after this person we will hear..
