they said that my application is being returned as the cap had already been reached.

my application was received on 12th July.

my consultant totally screwed this up. she had the application ready since Nov 2010 and still sent it late. she sent it only on 8th July. she missed it last year too.

It was a great disappointment. Sorry for everybody who put in their efforts to complete the package and sent to CIC. I don't know what else to say, really the soul is punctured by this irresponsible show by CIC.

The process is quite basic. I am searching through internet, contact them on the phone and then submit the CV. We should contact friends as well, whether they can assist.

The other option is to apply for student visa. We would have need Canadian qualification to get a job there, even we reach there under FSW1. It will be quite quicker, a bit expensive but worth doing.
