I just ran through the Spread sheets and most of the members have their VO as New Delhi...... Just an observation

The quota effectively opened on the 4th of July as 1st of July was a holiday there.. and it closed on the 8th of July.. How do they expect ppl for places like India apply? The courier does not reach in 4 days..

One of priyavig or jason123 is clearly misleading here, either by accident or for fun. I hope we get other feedback soon. If cutoff date is indeed July 8, CIC is really embarrassing. They must only have 2 people working, and one training the other. They again haven't updated anything in 8 days, weirdosss

just write a sentence asking for status, provide your full name and passport number.

Even if I applied through an agent, I can still send them mail from my personal id. Is that ok?

Not necessary. jason123 could be in the FSW2 category where the cap does not apply to him.

yes i am sure too that either jason or priyavig is doing some mistake. i dont want to but have to believe priyavig as spreadsheet supports her case. since days there has been no cc / bd charge.

i just hope for some miracle.

Yeah , beacuse its supossed that the aplicatios which are counted in the cap are complete aplications, so by the July8th was 52 completed, where were the rest?, the 448??? they checked 448 just in one day???, because if the cap was reached by July8th means the the 448 aplication were completed too? and even so why nobody more has received a similar email like the "priyavig" email. Man, i think that is a mistake you shopuld contact to CIC, maybe they arre confused, i sent you that email by mistake.

I don't want to let u all down,but I think this true,if u look to the spreeedsheet there is no cc or bd charged /enchashed for more almost 2weeks now,so I believe the cap is reached in technically 4 days not 8 which is really really very hard..but anyway it seems it is the case

I remember someone had mentioned earlier on (july 1st week)that dhl or fedex were sending an extra dispatch vehicle from halifax (i think) to sydney... i remember reading this... and that their application would be going on the extra vehicle...
