Since Its out of Canada application, I was wondering if a Canadian address is required for leave application. Hi guys,
We reached settlement offer with IRCC due to JR on May 22, 2024. Essentially they agreed to reopen the file and have an officer decide on the super visa applications of my parents. However, yesterday, only my mom's visa application file was reopened based on her file status. Can someone please share their thoughts on why my dad's application was not re-opened again? Also how long does it take for Abu Dhabi to re-open and decide on files

court proceedings are very complicated, one small mistake can cause so much problems, the law firms are their for legal help even they charge so always seek legal help, experiments on court proceeding is a big risk, i personally know a person who has been banned for 5 year even he did not do any misrepresentation, the case has been dismissed by the judge and later appeal had been dismissed

Banned? why ? was it the visa application or the Judicial review?

After your judicial review is successful, how long did it take for embassy to reopen your file, and get in touch with you?

Also, is there any spreadsheet where you can see status of cases?

Just an update on our case
The application was reopened on April 9th, with a letter on it asking for new LOA, new bank statement with 6 month detailed history, first semester tuition fee
We uploaded this and waiting for the result, fingers crossed

What was the final result ? Did you eventually get a visa and how long did it take after reopening of your case ?
