Hello All,

Finally putting a post here to share my journey of Judicial review for spousal work permit.

I have received a refusal for my and my kid on June 4th after a wait for over 4 months my visa- spousal work permit, minor kid study permit.. spose doing masters course. I have filed the visa with Matkowsky law form so first attempt it self everything was fool proof but the visa officer turned a blind eye and rejected stating will not leave canada post the intended stay. After through discussion with my Lawyer we have decided to pursue JD.. post which the lawyer asked for rule 9 which we received post 26 days.. later once we reviewed the detailed reasons my lawyer prepared a detailed arguments and submitted with in two weeks. Post that we have received settlement from ircc in 30 days post that we have we have agreed to the terms of ircc and provided concent for reopen.. after 46 days we received a response stating the file is reopened and gave an option to submit further documents .. submitted my spouse study permit, my work experience documents , support letter spouse , savings account statement with funds reflection for both me and kid. Post submitting these lawyer submitted with in 10 days of reopening of file ... with in 6 days of submitting my work permit and sons study permit were approved.
