Almost two months since settlement now and they haven't even reopened my file yet.

No idea. Mine was sent back for redetermination. I signed settlement on April 13.
Did the other two people who got their PPR also go through the JR process?
I think it's the file reopening that takes time, after that it's fast.

The thing is I don't even want a visa anymore.
Just want the previous decision (misrepresentation) set aside and then want to withdraw the application which was originally what I intended.
Have to go through all this mental trauma causing waiting game.
