Almost two months since settlement now and they haven't even reopened my file yet.
No responses to web forms or emails either.

Weren't they processing fast like 2 of the people here got their PPR in 2 weeks, why it's taking so long for you?Yes. Was a study permit app.

Did the other two people who got their PPR also go through the JR process?
I think it's the file reopening that takes time, after that it's fast.
Yes, JR. They had their applications processed in 50 and 63 days respectively from the day of settlement.No idea. Mine was sent back for redetermination. I signed settlement on April 13.

The thing is I don't even want a visa anymore.
Just want the previous decision (misrepresentation) set aside and then want to withdraw the application which was originally what I intended.
Have to go through all this mental trauma causing waiting game.
